This stone washer is a special equipment used for cleaning the sand and stone materials in highway, railway, bridge, tunnel construction industries. It is more flexible, productive and energy-saving with higher cleaning ration than other similar products in domestic. It is applicable for the clean and separation of fine and crude size materials.

Working principal:
The electric motor drives the drum sieve to rotate after reducing speed through V-belt, gear box, gear wheel. The stone loader is put into the hopper and rolls along with the drum sieve and the stones are grinded mutually. In this process, the impurity on the surface of the stone are removed. Meanwhile, water will be added and forms a strong water flow, which will take the impurities and light foreign matters. The dry stones will be carried to the yard by conveyors.
